How do we adapt when things feel out of our control? How do we transition from ocean to land when that requires so much evolution on our part? Change is not easy, but a hot bath and a good book can help.
Creating this artwork during the world shutdown helped me cope with that difficult time. I hung this piece in our bathroom for its serene nature. "How to Adapt" is my first digital artwork! It was very satisfying to create because the computer allows me to express myself in ways that are nearly impossible otherwise. This artwork was hand drawn and painted. Piece by piece, I digitally put it all together, finishing the work in Illustrator and Photoshop.
